After buying our shop from Evan Papadopoulos 6 years ago, we didn’t think twice of calling him again to sell our restaurant. His expertise and fairness helped us through this last stressful year and in the end, managed to secure a tough sale through a pandemic. Approachable and always ready to answer all our questions. Evan helped us with all the paperwork necessary to make sure everything was in order, for us and for the buyer.
If my wife and I decide to get another shop in the future, there is no one else we would call but Evan.
