As with the other two sales you were able to finalise for me in the past twelve months, you and your staff managed to negotiate all the large and small hiccups that occurred with consummate ease, allowing me to concentrate on my core business.
I appreciate your persistence in screening all candidates to ensure we were able to sell to genuine buyers, who looking to work within the guidelines we had set down to operate their new business as a franchise prototype of our model.
